Half Elves can chose what race they resemble at char gen.

Half-elves can choose what race they resemble at character generation, either human, elf or half-elf.  Note that this means you will appear as that race for assess -v and other in game tests of race. 

If you run across something that seems weird with this change, please mail morgenes at armageddon.org.

Existing half-elves can submit a Character Related -> Stat Change request indicating that the race they want to appear as, ONLY if you don't want to appear as a half-elf.  We will try and get it fixed ASAP.
