OOC Rule - No Custom Orders

This is to remind players that there exists an OOC rule from staff that no new items will be created for the database.

This means no custom items for PCs.  There are only two exceptions that I am aware of:
1)  Master Crafters can create one new item (if they the appropriate skill) per RL month, and
2)  Staff may create items for plot necessities.

Adding a personalized logo to an existing item, or "just changing the description a little to make it a blazing orange color and have a House Bernie symbol" are creating new items, the way the database works.
