Reading while Holding

You should be able to read a book while you are holding or wielding it. Being honest, perhaps you should have to hold or wield it to read it, but you certianly should be able to do it.

I'm not sure I agree with requiring one to hold or wield it (though I guess I wouldn't mind all too much--any case when I'd really have to have both hands full is probably not a situation in which my character would be reading a book), but I do agree that one should be able to read with the book in one's hand.
