I've sent in four emails and two requests within two months all on the same topic, and not one has been attended to. I know you're all volunteers, but it's a pretty important matter. Is there any chance they could be looked at and replied to, please? The matter is really driving me nuts, and my gameplay is suffering immensely because of it.

I responded to the one you sent to your clan staff.

FYI, to anyone that has stuff that your clan staff needs to respond to:
Please bold it, and please follow up on it to your clan staff if it's something important with a separate e-mail with only that in it.
We get tons of e-mail, and sometimes we might skip over something important if it looks like it conforms with the rest of the e-mail.  (Like this case!)
