A concern with Emails

Over the last month, I've sent in a total of 5 emails to the Staff of both my House and to the MUD. I've recieved no reply of any sort to any of those emails. I have checked my bulk and span folders, and I know they are not in those places.

I'm concerned, because there are things and plots to move forward that can't be worked with, issues to resolve OOCly and ICly, and I can't do these things without staff reply.

Is there a reason that email has been so slow to be replied to?
