Per the subject line, I've added a web program to let you view your biography entries online.  The link is at  http://www.armageddon.org/resources/player_tools/displayBio.php.

Note: it will only show the biographies of the characters you've had since the biography command was instituted.  It will not show the backgrounds of those who came before.
