I was just wondering what the playerbase is like these days.  I havent played in a few years, and to be honest was a little suprised to see activity on the board when I jumped on the website.  What are the average numbers these days?  Peak time avg? (say 6pm-11pm cst).

Im kinda a dinosaur consindering I started on bitnet muds back in the late 80's, and with all the 3d games now (which I am a victim of), Im proud to see Armageddon still up and apparently prospering.  

Let me know if I can expect not only the quality of gameplay but the number of players and therefore interactions I enjoyed a few years ago.
Might just have to give birth to a new character if things are still hopping.

I believe the peak-time average nowadays is about 40-55 players.

And, according to this thread, the current active playerbase is around 350-400 players.
