Generic poison affects updated

Generic poison now has a lasting affect on your maximum hitpoints.  This affect will wear off over time.  Note that the common cures that are available to this poison will only stop further damage.  The lasting affects will linger until they wear off.

Assess -v has been updated to show some poison affects under your status.

We've fixed a bug causing hitpoints and stamina to not regen properly when under the lasting affects of generic poison.
