NPC SDESC stands here, hawking his trade.

Only, he's not hawking anything.  I want to fix that.  If you see ldescs like this that don't actually sell anything, please bug/typo/idea them and put the word 'hawker' in the typo so I can find them easily.

If you know of something offhand that you think the npc should sell, include that in your bug/typo/idea.
