Nosave broken up into suboptions

We've broken out the nosave command into suboptions to allow you to more finely tune what you want to nosave on.  You can see the options by typing 'nosave' in the game.  See 'help nosave' for a full description of the options.

If you had nosave set before today, we have set you with just 'nosave arrest'.  If you really wanted to have all saves refused, type 'nosave all' in the game.
