Attribute Priority for New Characters

Characters generated after this week's weekly maintenance will be able to specify what order they would prefer their attributes to be in.  Instructions on how to opt out of ordering your attributes are included in the help during character generation.

We will NOT be adding this for existing characters.  You will have to wait and try it out with your next character.
