Suggestion for watch command.

I think you should be able to watch up or watch down while sitting or resting (i.e., you should be able to look up into the sky or down a cliff face while sitting down).  In contrast, watching north, south, east, and west implies that you need to stand to gain a line of sight in the distance.  What do people think?

I don't have any problem with this. I think one should be able to watch up or down while sitting/resting.

I think people should fall down if they are watching up and walking at the same time.

Up and down don't always reflect viewing over perfectly flat surfaces, or even a plane of view which is perfectly perpendicular to wherever you are, so I think standing is still a fair requirement in that case.

In the future, this sort of idea would probably best be suggested via the idea command in-game.
