A new desert elf tribe is open for play. If you are interested, and have the karma for a DE, email me (bakha@armageddon.org). If you are interested and don't have the karma, email both myself and Naephet (naephet@armageddon.org), who is in charge of special applications. You'll have to be cleared by him first, then submit for the tribe.
