Genders and staff

I recently discovered that two immortals -- my clan immortals, no less -- were the opposite sex I had thought they were. I had referred to them several times by the other sex, and felt kind of ashamed. So, in hopes of preventing such a thing from happening again - if you're inclined to disclose, that is - what gender is each imm?

Again, this is merely out of curiousity, so feel free to abstain. I'm not suggesting gender-related favoritism is going on or anything.

Some of our immortals, much like certain species of fish, can change their gender at will, depending on what's required for eating more brainz.

Dakurus just calls him "Baby" though. We all think that's a little weird.

I'm not really interested in compiling a staff gender list, but I don't think its impolite in online interactions to ask.  An email header might say

"Dear sir or madam (which is it anyway?)".

Gets the question across without the awkward asking without apparent reason.  For example,

"Oh umm... by the way, what's under the hood?  Ok bye."

at the end of an email is a little more awkward.

I recall when I was new on staff people seemed to think I was female a lot.  They where mistaken, though I'm not sure what gave the impression.

Yes, I like sex.

Yes, it's true. I was male. Now I'm a busty Swede with pigtails.

Was it that? I thought it was the "Penis of Vecna" gag we pulled on him.

Also: I AM ALL MAN, BABY.

As perhaps you can gather by the banter, this is both a fairly common mistake/question/whatever and one that doesn't bother any of us much.  Not my place to speak of anyone else's engine, but any of us that want to allay any confusion will probably post.  I know one or two staff who had their staff-character set to "neuter," which caused more confusion to me than religion.
