Could someone's character get revived after a happening with some sort of bug? It happened to me.

Well, every situation is different, you should email the mud.

Generally speaking, yes, the Overlords will agree to a ressurection if the death of the PC was solely due to a code bug.  But, it is their decision and each situation should be emailed to mud@armageddon.org
