Background updates...

So, if I have something written in my character background that becomes outdated or invalidated by IC events, should I submit an updated background or just trust that the staff will put the appropriate notes on my account?

Either is fine. If it's something that you feel the staff needs to know at a glance, write it up and send a resquest to the mud.
