Also agree.

The other odd thing about it is how there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which locations are open and which are closed.  So I say just have them all be open.

This is a tremendous waste of player time and playtime in general.

Whoever had this idea to put in the game to begin with I'd like to duel in the arena.

Please implement both of these ideas. I will stake their head in this thread with an update.

Dying is an important part of information gathering. I am going to need to have hundreds of characters just to know for sure which "deep silt" rooms along the coast are actually guaranteed climbfails into death rooms

A woman ascended to dragonhood (or the equivalent) in a verdant valley past the silt sea known to some as Yan El Yzn. The massive tree created in the ceremony would later be known by its inhabitants as Sha'Isar. That woman who ascended here would later be known as Muk Utep.
