Title: Send us your stories, your logs, your inspired creations..
Post by: Usiku on September 07, 2021, 06:36:26 AM
While the details remain fuzzy, there is an exploration afoot into a creative project of sorts that requires the help of the wonderful, collective imaginations of our community.

I am after Armageddon stories, be these through the medium of short story, logs or even particularly thorough bios you may be sitting on. The caveat here is that it must, in itself, be a story with a beginning, a middle and an end. It must stand in its own right as a tale that can be enjoyed by someone who may never have played Armageddon and serve to give them a taste, a small bite of a tasty ginka pie if you will (perhaps you can see where this might be going)...

Feel free to turn logs or bios into short stories (this would be immensely helpful) or just send them as is.

With that said, dig deep and please:

- Send via the request tool and add "Atn: Usiku - Stories" to the title.
- If the text itself is too long for the request tool (very likely), please use Pastebin or similar and send a link, rather than trying to send across multiple added notes
- Can involve any PC's or stories or world events or be entirely 'fictional' (but based within Zalanthas) from any timeframe
- Given the above, please do not post or share these publicly on the GDB or with other players unless they fall safely within the normal sharing rules

This is open ended with no deadline. I will update if this changes!

Happy writing! :)

How accurate do the stories have to be? I have half remembered things, but no logs. So names would be impossible to recall, but the heart of the story is quite vivid.

Good question! They don't need to be accurate, they don't even need to be stories that have actually happened IG. They can just be short stories that are based within the context of our lore and setting. So if you have some half-remembered things that inspire some creativity - go for it! :)
