So apparently there are sweeping changes to this thing that there's no help file on (I found one on Gather). I imagine this is a place/magic skill that is secret, so if I don't know what it is, the sweeping changes don't affect me much?

(Though personally I remember when any knowledge of poisons was kept about as secret as knowledge of magick... but times have changed.)
Skellebaine still behaves as the helpfile indicates. And poisons aren't really up for discussion on the GDB. You'll have to find out in the game.
