what do we do to submit ideas for new items for the game?
and howto we have the set up of the application of the item

If you wrote up a bit of armour, or weapons, you'll have to contact a Salarri merchant in order for them to order it, Unless your character would have the knowledge and skill to create it theirselves. If you think your character -would- be able to create it, then I think you'll just have to wait for an immortal to write up the item, and find you in game.
You would probably role-play creating it, and then poof, it appears.
If you wrote up a bit of clothing, you'll have to contact a Kadian merchant. Again, if you think your character would know how to create these items in game, using the crude tools that are available, and the immortals agree with you, then you might be able to get it handed to you.
However.
These items take time to create. Most likely, you'll write up a nice chair you crafted, and wait for it to come. It might take up to two Real Life weeks to get it written up. Have Patience!

This will show you how to write up your submission for whatever it is you want to submit. It has the template and formats for helpfiles, items, npcs, rooms, and craft items. When you have something in the proper form you usually can attach it is a plain Notepad file and email it to mud@ginka.armageddon.org

Sometimes its better to work on a project with/for an Imm first. This way you can recieve probably better feedback then some random item, and also will usually see it in gameplay alot sooner then just an 'item' that you want to buy from some place. This lists the current projects going on.

One of my favorite sites, good for descriptive words to help you make npcs, or even describe things with a wider array of colors. Really helpful.
