Assuming this is what I think it is, I can be available any time after 4 PM PST on December 14th.
Hopefully an imm will say that this is what we think it is so we don't all look silly. :D
I don't tend to have any Friday times and am mostly non-peak, so I'd need "flexible coordination".
Look for details IC, but departure has been delayed until Saturday noon PST.
There will be a chance for those who can't make the gathering to log off in an appropriate spot so they don't miss the main events.
The departure is slated for 8pm EST, Tuesday December 18.
It absolutely needs to happen Tuesday evening (nudge a certain person) because I will be unavailable Wed-Thurs.
(Sorry the dates/times seem so sporadic - since this is a multi-clan event, it's hard to organize without crossing IC/OOC lines.)
