Please do not create threads for the sake of creating threads, or because the GDB seems "sleepy." If you simply MUST post and can't think of anything that hasn't been discussed dozens of times, perhaos Idle OOC Chatter is for you. With respect to the rest of the groups, sleepiness isn't a Bad Thing.

The sad thing is, we quite intentionally started this board with the aspiration that it would be open and community oriented. Unfortunately, a subculture of bored chatty conflict-stirring has developed, to the point that it's begun to overshadow the more numerous, but more appropriately toned & spoken posts.
The recent'ish increase in moderation has been a hope to stem the flow, and while we may see a further increase in moderation, ultimately the only way to abort future major board policy changes/removal of forums/account changes is for not only "initial" posts to not be made, but the temptation to reply to them be resisted.
