Hi,
I need some pictures of the creatures, races and places of zalanthas. Cany ou please link the websites (rather than armageddon.org) that i can find some jpegs.
very thanks.
ArmageddonMUD and it's world, Zalanthas, is influenced by a bunch of different fictional worlds out there. Dune, DarkSun, and others, for example.
Some of the various plants and races are unique to Armageddon, while others are borrowed from stuff.
Here's a link of some monsters from DarkSun. This is not EXACT to the world of Zalanthas, but it is -similar-

Now, You can be creative yourself, and just do a search for specific creatures on Google, and perhaps you'll find something.
www.google.com
You can do it!
You can always go back in time to the days of --> ascii art (http://autos.cs.tu-berlin.de/~pierrot/Armageddon/wildlife.html)
I always thought gurth looked more like turtles than armadillos, and tregils looked like hairless rats, not anteaters.
Here is a link to some player-created artwork:

I know Sanvean has some drawings on a webpage of hers somewhere, but I'm afraid I don't have a link. Perhaps someone else does?
Edit: w00t, found it, praise Google.

That's a neat interpretation of a bahamet on that "Bahamet Hunt" picture...though I imagined something along the lines of a HUGE tortoise. But, that looks a whole lot more fearsome.
As for the mekillot...not sure. Kind of looks more like a brontosaurus (and without the shell the mek should have), but it's a nice drawing nonetheless. Sure is a whole hell of a lot better than I could ever draw.
That 'bahamet' is actually a Tarasque from AD&D...which should look fearsome. I have a feeling that it shouldn't look quite like that.

That's not a bahamet, it's a tarrasque. Seriously, it looks like it was copied from the D&D Monstrous Manual.
Spawnloser has beaten me to this.
This is what I picture a tregil to look like, only bigger.

It was, I just tried to give it an armageddon twist.
