I was just wondering if every character gets the skill in their skill list, or just some? I know everyone can try, and certain classes are better than others at it of course, but I was wondering, since everyone can try, if everyone sees the skill in their list.
What guilds get which skills is not usually discussed on the GDB...you should probably send an email to the mud account and the staff can determine what answer you should be given to this question.
