Does picking the nomad subclass these days automatically get you tribal accented sirihish, or does one need to wish for it?

You need to email the imms, wish up, or have it set in your background that your from a certain tribe. Not all nomads necessarily have tribal accents.

I believe it is all set, when you type 'point <location>'
