Is there any kind of consensus on when these are for different creatures?
I've never actually noticed a seasonal difference on arm from one time to another, so who knows.
There is, in some places in the world. Exactly when they are, you'll have to find out ICly.
A long-term project is to get more of this spread across the world...so hopefully that'll change in the future sometime.
