Title: Ye find yeself in yon dungeon. Ye see a FLASK.
Post by: THY DUNGEONMAN on February 14, 2004, 05:42:13 AM
I was creating a character the other day, and I noticed this:
By what name dost thou wish to hail?

Mine mind was struck!  Ye Armageddon is verily not a game of ye medieval times, and far from a game of ye olde English.  For sooth, is not this phrase polluting the minds of acolytes wishing to partake of this wondrous ambrosia?  Mine opinion be that this must be remedied, post haste.

Thou need not be binded to conclude yonder quotation, my peers, for alas, ye cannot get ye flask.

Along with changing the wording of the "newbie res", sure, why not.

I suggest:
Wass'ur'name, ye feckin' kankdung, ye?!

Yeah, shut up kid.

Seriously, I've noticed the same thing before, it would be nice if it was changed, but no biggee.
