How in krath's brown desert do you get a token of mercantilism? I assume its from the ministry of trade in 'nak...but I can't figure it out.

I believe you should either go to a PC Templar or wish up for animation of an NPC inside the ministry of trade. Both ways should work fine.
If you make the wish, be sure it mentions that the purpose is to get a token, and stick around for several minutes before repeating the wish or going about other business for a while to try again later.

Ask it to Pc Templar and carry the required sid with you. Their time is valuable :)

You will want to have a few hundred 'sid on you...how much will vary.
