Our expectations:
Playtimes - You don't need to be on all the time, but you'll to be consistent. Offpeak is fine.
Reputation - Everyone makes mistakes. Do you learn from them?
Longevity - We're interested in players that are comfortable with the long haul.
Patience - There will be highs and lows. You'll need to weather the storm.
Politics - The political scene in Allanak is complex and dangerous. Be familiar with how this engine runs.
Communication - Your staff engagement will be high. Weekly character reports are expected for the first month.
Proactivity - This is a leadership role, so you'll be expected to lead. Developing plots, driving player engagement, and doing your part to bring Allanak to life.
