(Following on from some of the ideas and feedback posed in the Game Feedback thread, we are trying out role calls for non-leadership positions.)
Think you've got what it takes to be a Sergeant of the AoD? Ready to sign up for a ton of responsibility, hard work and ass kicking? Well then this post ISN'T for you.
We're looking for a couple of upstanding, well-trained (or slovenly and entirely corrupt) Privates of his Arm to transfer from the notorious Silt Blades Blood Spears to the Steel Talons. They should be lean, mean and ready to go.

Requirements:
- Actively play! You should be around for RPTs, patrols and to be an active member of the clan.
- Reliable reporting - Nope! Report when you want to and need to for your character development, this ain't no leadership position!
- You should have a solid grasp of Allanaki culture and laws and enough experience to be able to convincingly rock a trained Militia member from the get go. Previous AoD experience would be helpful.
- Please include an idea of your usual playtimes.
- Have a fleshed out character concept who is a still a unique individual outside of their Militia role.
- Elves, dwarves, breeds and muls need not apply.
Please post a character application via the request tool to AoD with a bio of a trained soldier who has come up in the Silt Blades Blood Spears and all the usual for a character app. If you get the role, we will give you some vNPCs and a little background to flesh out with before you jump in game.
