I propose more descriptions for the amount of coins you have instead of just single/pile of coins/pile of allanaki coins. Example:
a small pouch of Allanaki coins
a pouch of allanaki coins
a large amount of allanaki coins
an extremely large amount of allanaki coins
a shitload of allanaki coins
an obscene amount of allanaki coins
a fortune of allanki coins
etc.
You look at a fortune of allanaki coins.
Why do you have this fuckton of coins? Are you Scrooge McDuck or something?
The largest possible pile should be called 'an argosyworth' in honor of how expensive they are.

It would also make the peek command Badass!!! I would love this change. GREAT IDEA!
If the count command had a huge lag for large quantities, that would be cool too. Especially with hidden echos like the "look" command update. I love this idea. Bravo!
