Where do I find the clan specific info pages on the new look website? I must be giving it the "man look" because I can't find them.

There's a tab that says "clans" on the orange bar at the top. It has a drop down menu, and you can select the clan of your choice from there.
If you're looking for IC clan documentation, Arm has been moving to a GDB model, and you'll need to have access to the clan forms, which you can request when you ICly become a member of that clan.
