It better still be there, easily the coolest place in the entire known.
If it's not getting PC love, you'd best get on it!
I remember you by your avatar! Welcome back, good to see you.
Thanks,
I'm looking forward to seeing how things go... I've played this game for around 96 or so... so I've been around awhile.
Looks to be a bunch of new faces around here.
Technically speaking I logged in a couple of times in the past year and a half but never really gave it my all this will be my first re-do for quite awhile in which I will be fully invested.
Red Storm!
Ooo, welcome back! :)
Welcome back. Awesome avatar.
To me, Red Storm will always reflect the very essence of Armageddon MUD.
More power to you. Perhaps one of us will have the other's boots soon.
No...I will have both your boots...sheesh...you would think you two had played long enough to know these things.

Agreed.
Welcome back, Durant! May the silty streets of Storm be your inspiration.
Wow! You're older than me!
Moar playaz. Welcome back.
As a fellow player from the 90's, I'm glad to see you back.

Hmmm, it may be time for my first ever special application.
Thanks all for the welcome back.
lol, Conan the raver. Red Storm is awesome, though I've been there... two times in my 4 or so years of Arm.
If you plan to leave the village much you may want to pick up some combination of guild/subguild that offers direction sense or you may be miserable.
Pfft. All vets play rangers.
Even the ones that can play sorcerors.
I've never played a ranger.

Wow. I've only played a few and I thought I was missing out. What do you normally play?
City folk.
craft length into sleeves
I kinda play nothing but rangers ... and gicks.

+1
Welcome back though dude! You never escape, never.
I've played one ranger, but enjoyed the code-less roleplay much more than the coded rangering.

I think I've played one. Did nothing with over 15 days played.
I love Rangers all guilds equally... except one.
As a fellow late 90's player who has taken many lengthy breaks over the years... Welcome back! It was just a matter of time!

Also, one of the major reasons I came back. This is seriously creepy.
Ginka has claimed a small part of all those souls who have touched her.
When she is planning something major, she brings all the escru back into the fold.
This will be the first time since her ascension into the heavens, so it should be awesome10.
The short, bearded man eagerly awaits what is to come.
We are very please to know that our Dream Machine (TM) was successful.

... ditto.
October 2011.
What's even creepier is that the other day that same scene played out in my current character down to my inability to do much but watch.
Considering I just dreamed that my character was killed by wimpy little baby spiders in the Gaj as I kept losing connectivity, I hope there is nothing to this.
Did someone say baby spiders? On it!
Spiders with humanoid baby heads and baby beady spider eyes plz.
I've recently returned to the forums after a very lengthy hiatus (3+ years). I'm not certain but I think my last game login was in 2009.
Still haven't done anything about getting back in game, yet. I'm not certain I could meaningfully contribute as a persistent player at this time.
And yet, Armageddon will forever be my first and only true MMORPG love.
I wish the pay for play graphical game companies would drop-kick the WOW model of MMO. We'll see, although I don't hold out much hope for that.
Arm is like the mafia; once you're in, you'll never get out.
