You might send in a staff kudos. They like those. They save them to cuddle with when the nights are cold.
Morgenes once said that the imms do not have the tools to track the character turn over. In reality ... they do. It's called staff kudos system.
As old characters die, people get to experience the new ooc shops for the first time, and struck with awe, they send in kudos or post on GDB. Now its just a matter of noting the dates and concocting a graph.
