Feel free to offer suggestions about the game in an adult fashion. We have a code discussion forum for new code ideas. We have a request tool that is great for criticism (positive/negative) of staff activities. You can toss ideas into the game itself and often enough, we implement tiny ideas! However, the way the game works is such that staff volunteer their efforts to do what they do, and we occasionally do request staff applications. When we want to know what you will do as a staff member, we will be more than happy to look over applications in which you tell us exactly that.
