Welcome aboard. Don't get overwhelmed, and make sure you have good lines of communication with your admin and fellow storytellers. They can be so critical when starting a new project.

To the question about where new staff is coming from - these are actually from the last recruiting round we did. Sometimes we hold off on the invite etc as taking too many on at once can be problematic, among other reasons.
