This will be the updating thread mentioned in the recent in-game board post of a certain city, concerning certain gambling odds of a certain event. All posts after this one will be be in character information that would be publicly available to anyone who asked the people the post told them they could ask, but would be extremely complicated to relay fifty times a day to fifty different people.

If you have questions or comments about any of this, take it IG. This is here for player convenience and should not be taken as OOC knowledge. You asked and this is what you were told.
