Title: How to contact Helpers?

Okay, so I've been away for awhile.   It used to be one clicked on 'Helpers' and was given a list of names and contact information.  But now when I go to find a Helper there is a 'Click to talk with a helper' link which takes me to Comm 100.com site?   Is this something I need to download in order to find?

Nope, that's how you contact helpers.

It'll either patch you in with one, or ask you to leave a message if none are online.

Ah, another fun FireFox thing...  
I see I can use it with IE  (stupid FireFox)

It's a app for all browsers, it should work for all of them.  That's how some people get help with their phone or whatever on other sites.

It should work in Firefox. You may need to update your browser.
