Was just thinking about how much I am going to miss Zalanthan Dwaves after this incarnation of the game ends.
I've talked to a lot of people who have said they've never played a dwarf and don't think they could deal with the whole focus thing.
My hopes are that every player will try them at least once before they are gone for good, and one of the hardest parts of playing a dwarf IS having a good focus that is neither too limiting nor too easy, so hopefully you will find one here that might suit your fancy.
Goal : 101 Dwarven Foci
Rules: Each post must contain ONE focus, no more, no less.
(Even if you leave comments on another, you still have to leave one of your own.)
Can't be one of these: http://ginka.armageddon.org/rp/racial/focussuggestions.html
GO!!!
#1 Design and manufacture the most sought after cloak in the known world.
#2 Perfect the art of lovemaking.
#3) Parent the perfect dwarf
Wait... If I post my good one, I'll never be able to use it. So I'll give you my other one.
#4) Force the halflings to become part of the cities. Probably through slavery and forced mating.
5) Build a wagon that doesn't require a living creature to pull it.
6) Figure out how to breed muls that aren't sterile.
7) Impregnate every/any possible race.

7) Impregnate every/any possible race.
#8) Create the super-race by having ever/any possible race sex one woman!!!
#9) Sleep with head on templar's lap.
ADDITION: Head must still be attached to body!
10) Rally as many dwarves as possible, sail through silt sea, and if you ever strike land, make a dwarf colony there named Dwarfville.

Dwarves won't be a playable race in Armageddon Reborn. We, as players, have no idea when the first game will end and the second begin. Could be three months, could be thirty years.
Also.. you forgot to leave a focus. :D
#23) Open the first Half-Giant only shop and corner the market.
#24) Sneak into arm 2.0 somewhere.
25) To build and own a stronghold/keep of their own.
Epicurean dwarves:
To discover all the seasonings of the world.
To find the one drink that is the perfect accompaniment for roasted scrab head.
To gather a collection of every cooking utensil possible to get in the known.
#26: Disband the Byn.
#27) Be the dwarf that can "emote kills you" and succeed.
#28 Be the dwarf that can kill you with the power of his mind (Guild: Warrior)
#29 Be the dwarf that travels to the Void. And brings the Void back with him.
Sometimes, posts like this are not the best. Kind of depressing when other people also suggest the same cool idea you thought of,
and make you worry about whether someone does your idea for your future dwarf character first. Especially if its something you have
been thinking of for a long time, and dreaming about playing in the future. :(
There is nothing new under the sun.
#30) avoid the sunlight at all costs
#31) to complete every other dwarf's goal
#32) make a templar a mul mommy/daddy
I still have a pretty rocking dwarf focus I plan on completing if the game continues to run for the forseeable future. Threads like this are great, because it gives me an idea on how to tweak a focus already done before.
Dwarven Focus ALPHA PRIME:
Become an honorary member of a Desert Elf Tribe.
#33) Spend as much (total) sid as possible over lifetime.
There were three unnumbered, so:
#37 Assassinate Highlord Quinton Tektolnes
#38 Learn to ride Carru
Learn to bake quirri-biscuits

Learn to bake quirri-biscuits
A quirri can have kittens in the grill, but that don't make 'em travel cakes.
Learn the secrets of the five point palm exploding heart technique and then pass this knowledge on to a worthy student.
Tame a silt-horror.
Focus: Be the first dwarf ever to have no focus.
One I always liked was a dwarf with the focus of becoming a banshee. The only problem being that he would have to die first. Now, this would accomplish his focus at the moment of death, but then he couldn't be a banshee because his focus was accomplished. So what happens then?
BE a silt-horror ( okay... this one is obviously a joke... but still :-\ )
Find a decently sized patch of land -outside- of the Known World and build a city.

I tried that one once. Didn't get too far, but it was fun.

His Foci would then change to become a real dwarf. It's a horriable cycle.
Foci: Has awsome Mudsexx with two templars, from both cities.
AT THE SAME TIME!
