Since Tuluk actually doesn't have any problems with water distribution* of late (ZING!), this leaves BUILDING WORK.

House Tenneshi is responsible for city planning and renovation. Tenneshi shouldered the majority of the load in the restoration of Tuluk and as such has formed strong ties with House Kadius. Appearance:

Tenneshi nobles are conspicuously very strict in their treatment of slaves.
Their experience with the rigorous study of mathematics and architecture allows them to be studious and take an interest in the history of Tuluki's buildings, yet it also makes them see the world more technically then others.
The role we're looking for will be someone in the
building division.
The building division focuses on the many aspects of building and city-planning, from architectural design to the actual implementation of a project. Given the recent status of Tuluk, this would mean that you are actively involved in the rebuilding and recovery process.

*This is actually untrue. I was just making a joke at the expense of a recently flooded city.
Screw this "Volunteer" crap. We now want a player who wants to scheme, remake Tuluk in her own image and be a freakin' lynchpin of half of the world.
This is a HIGH octane noble role. Want to bury the bodies of your rivals in the cornerstone of new city you'll be creating? Perfect. Deluxe ancient family mansion included in the package for you.
We would consider partnership applications for this round, also. Husband and wife team? Wicked pair of genius sisters? If you like playing smart PCs, Tenneshi's the place for you. If you like playing heartless Vulcans, Tenneshi is the place for you. If just want to be part of something deluxe, Tenneshi is the place for you.
