Title: ass -v chest
Post by: Synthesis on June 24, 2009, 07:37:39 PM
Currently:
It can be opened and closed.
It could probably hold around 200 stones.

Better:
It can be opened and closed.
It could probably hold around 200 stones.
It is about halfway full.

The only way you can currently tell how full a chest is is to pick it up...if you're even capable of it.

It would be very light/managable/etc

EDIT: On second thought, that doesn't make sense.

Yeah, telling how full a chest is by assessing it does, though.

I'd say, only if it was opened. If it's closed, you wouldn't be able to tell for sure, if it was mostly empty except for one REALLY heavy thing, or mostly full with a whole bunch of extremely lightweight things.

But yeah I like the idea, if it only worked when the lid was open or didn't exist.

Oh, I thought this thread was about the command spec app'd for my character:

:leers at ~tressy.tressed.

>ass -v chest

It is supple and inviting.
It would work well for motor-boating.
You don't notice anything unusual about the tressy-tressed maiden's chest.

:gives a non-existent camera a cheesy thumbs up before offering a drink to ~tressy.tressed.

Ahem. On topic, I like the actual idea. It always bugged me to not be able to glance at a container and know how full it is.

Yeah, extend this to all containers.  Had this very same thought.

Wouldn't ass -v chest compare her chest to yours?

> ass -v tressy

She is older than you.
She is a little taller than you.
Her chest towers above you, many times your height!

and yes this is a good idea plz morg?
