We've changed the wear_location for elementalist gems to be the "about_throat" location.
If you are an existing gemmer and would like to change your gem from the on_neck to the about_throat location, please put in a reimbursement request.
Detail the times that you'll be available and online over the next few days from the time the request is submitted, and an Administrator+ should be able to assist you.
