Beginning after the next reboot, Undertuluk will be a valid starting location for humans, half-elves, city elves, dwarves, and half-giants.

Beginning after the next reboot, Undertuluk will not be a valid starting location for anyone; if you point here, you'll be redirected to the normal Tuluki start room.
