Has this been acting up for anyone? I'm passing all my listen checks and I don't even have the skill, and I still can't overhear stuff anyways.
Listen is now switched on/off. There is no listen check made when you activate the skill. The penalty is a reduction in maximum stun.

So how does it get better? By failing to overhear people? By succeeding to overhear people? By just having it on? I hope it's not broken... I barely overhear anything either.
