Instead of a stun drain - maybe watch should come with a penalty to saving throws if the person you are NOT watching does something to you.

Does Listen override Watch?
No, but Watch does override Scan.
I think this would harm watch in that people won't want to use it. Perhaps. That's my opinion.
Watch was a little too good, in my opinion–I know I always had watch up on whichever PC in the room looked shadiest, no matter what, whenever I was playing a PC who couldn't scan. This nerf is reasonable, I think.
Case Study required.
I thought that there were already saving throw penalties and bonuses associated with watch, when it was first implemented. It was mentioned that it might be useful to work in teams, one person distracts, the other person steals/backstabs, or whatever. Someone could probably find the old thread.
