When sending emails to clan staff, please be sure to include your account and character name. Also, it's incredibly helpful if you include in the subject line your clan name, as the majority of staff handle multiple clans. This will help to make responses and such quicker, and it also helps us to keep better tabs on what is going on with our clans and the wonderful people in them. Your help is much appreciated!
