Title: Creatures not in the Help Files
Post by: racingspider on April 08, 2008, 01:47:34 PM
Hello, I encountered a creature that is not in the help file. Does this mean that the creature is 'new', 'rare' or just didn't get put into the help file for whatever reason?

Not every creature is in the helpfiles or general documentation of the game.  The answer could be any of the assumptions that you provided.

(If your character is not dead, this is a good sign!)

Creatures in help files are generally things known/heard of by most people, i.e. gaj, tarantula, and so on. Anything not in the helpfiles is less well-known.

In addition to what the two above posters said... if it's not in the docs and you encounter it and survive, lucky you. Fear the undocumented things. Fear them.

FEAR THEM.

I did fear it. But, I was also curious. So I stabbed it.
