Title: Tattoos/scars on my back....
Post by: Qzzrbl on February 22, 2008, 07:00:52 PM
Wearing a shirt, and a cloak.

remove pack
You stop using your non-descript leather backpack, revealing a tattoo of a mekillot screwing a braxat.

Shirt and cloak still on.

...

How?

???

Back is a wear location.

Items that go on the back cover that location.

But other items cover that location as well, such as a shirt (on torso) or a cloak (about body).

So because the code thinks you're "uncovering" the back when you remove your backpack, it reveals the sdesc of the tattoo or scar that is there.

But you still can't actually see the tattoo/scar because it continues to actually be covered by your shirt and cloak.

It's just a glitch in the code, likely to be fixed in 2.ARM.

Meh, I never considered it a glitch but a feature.

Ever take anything off your back IRL and notice nearly every time you get a momentary cold draft because you lifted everything else for a moment?

I take my backpack on and off quite regularly at school, and nobody has noticed the tattoo I have there.... o-O;

But are any of them watching you?

snickers..

Anyway, its just the way I have always seen it...Hell, its the only reason I even put tats or scars on my PCs back.

It would be cool if you could only see stuff like that when you were watching them.
