This one armed npc I'm fighting...keeps pulling and brandishing a second weapon...when he only has one hand... I'm getting mad...

One-armed doesn't exist as a condition that can go on PCs/NPCs, I bet.

Typo the NPC and the imms may take his other weapon away, at least.

One-armed does exist as a condition for PCs and NPCs.

This is something you should typo or bug, not bring up on the GDB.
