The draw command now has a delay on it. The delay is modified by your agility, so the faster you are, the quicker you can draw.
We're still working the kinks out on how long the delay is and making sure it's universally applied. Any comments/suggestions on this can be discussed on in Code Discussions or mailed directly to morgenes@armageddon.org.
